This week, it’s all about building power, strength, and stability from the ground up.
Our Lower Body Power session will challenge your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves with a mix of strength moves, explosive drills, and cardio bursts that will leave your legs feeling stronger than ever.
We’ll focus on form, activation, and pushing your limits — whether that’s hitting deeper squats, jumping higher, or sprinting faster.

It’s time to put the spotlight on your upper body and core.
Our Upper Body & Core Strength session is all about building power, stability, and endurance through bodyweight movements that hit your arms, shoulders, chest, and core. Expect push-ups, planks, dips, and controlled core burners that challenge your strength while keeping the energy high.
This workout is designed for all levels — with modifications for beginners and progressions for those ready to push harder. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and ready to carry that power into the week ahead.
